My Moving Sand Art is absolutely wonderful for just watching and relaxing

My nanny, April, was the most loving, caring, generous, giving, life-saving person in the world. I'll skip the details of my childhood, other than to say that without April in it to show me real love and real caring and real giving, I would not have made it as far as I have in life. I'm not even sure I would still be alive without her. She WAS my family for 59 years. (I'm only 58 years old.)

April had her own Moving Sand Art in her home. I cannot possibly recount the number of times I would visit her, and just relax as I flipped the art piece, and felt relaxed or calmed watching the sand fall into place.

April died last year. Her Moving Sand picture had been in her apartment for so many decades, and flipped so many times by me and my siblings and her multitude of other friends, that it had long since stopped working.

But after she died, I got my own piece of Moving Sand art. It sits on my desk in my study. Regardless of whether I just want to see something calm and beautiful, or I need to relax my mind from a document I cannot write or a guitar piece that seems impossible to play (at least by me!), the moving sand helps calm my mind and get me back to work.

Whether your life is a long line of calmness and peace, or an endless path of complexity and chaos, get one of these pieces or art. You will find a special peace inside yourself just watching the sand fall.
